I need more sales, broken down into four contracts, one hundred conversations, and eight or nine conversations this week

"I Need More Sales" Is Not a Goal | Blessed Life Coach

September 22, 2026

Last week I shared my SMART A.S.S. goal system. AI-Assisted. Systemized. Scoreboarded.

But while I was writing it, I kept thinking about one particular agent.

She's a few years in. She's had some good months. Some not-so-good months. And if you asked her exactly what created either one, she probably couldn't tell you.

She doesn't need a prettier Canva template. She doesn't need a six-month personal brand strategy.

She needs some damn sales.

So what would I actually build for her?

Make it small enough to do

Work backward until you hit something you can do on a Tuesday.

Let's say she wants four transactions under contract in the next 12 weeks.

Under contract matters. If we make "closed" the goal, she can do everything right and still lose to financing, inspections, appraisal or a calendar.

  • 4 contracts
  • about 10 appointments
  • about 100 conversations
  • 8 to 9 conversations this week

Those aren't magic conversion ratios. They're a starting estimate. Run the plan. Track what actually happens. Then replace the assumptions with your numbers.

Suddenly "I need more sales" becomes: talk to 8 or 9 people this week.

That's something you can actually do on a Tuesday.

Now make it a SMART A.S.S.

Let the system carry some of the weight.

A | AI-Assisted

First, I'd give AI the truth. Where did her last deals actually come from? Who is in her database? What has worked before? What does her real week look like?

Then I'd use AI to help identify the right people to talk to, and prepare those conversations.

Bonus: AI-assisted help with what to talk about

Okay, great. You need 8 or 9 conversations this week. Now what do you say?

This is another place I'd use AI. Give it a little context about the person before you reach out. How you know them, what you last talked about, what's happening in their world, and anything relevant from your CRM.

"Give me 3 natural reasons to reach out to this person this week. I don't want a sales script or a fake check-in. Help me start a real conversation that sounds like me. If there's a natural real estate connection, tell me. If there isn't, don't force one."

Because the goal isn't to make AI have the relationship for you. It's to make starting the conversation easier.

S | Systemized

Put the conversations on the calendar. Same time. Same routine. The names are ready before she sits down.

The system remembers the goal so she doesn't have to.

S | Scoreboarded

Friday takes five minutes. How many conversations? How many appointments? How many contracts?

And most importantly: what moved?

Because I don't just want AI telling her what she hasn't done yet. I want it showing her that the boring little things are actually adding up.

And then Week Five happens

Life does what life does. A kid gets sick. A deal falls apart. Something completely unrelated blows up on Wednesday.

She gets three conversations instead of eight.

Write down the three. Keep going.

A 12 Week Year isn't a streak. Missing one week doesn't mean the system failed.

The scoreboard is information, not a report card on your worth.

The plan that works is almost always smaller than the plan you're avoiding.

One thing you can use

Try this with AI.

"My 12-week goal is [GOAL]. Here is where my business has actually come from, what my database looks like, and what my real week looks like: [CONTEXT].

Work backward from my goal until we reach the smallest weekly actions I can control. Give me no more than two lead measures.

Then help me systemize them into my actual week and create a five-minute Friday scoreboard.

Each Friday, show me my progress before telling me what to do next."

The Blessed Life thought

Eight conversations isn't impressive. Nobody is going to make a Reel called "WATCH ME HAVE EIGHT NORMAL CONVERSATIONS THIS WEEK."

But that's kind of the point.

Big goals usually aren't accomplished by doing heroic things. They're accomplished by making the important things small enough to repeat when life gets messy.

Make it smaller. Build the system. Keep score.

Want one built for you?

Let me plan your SMART A.S.S. 12 Week Year.

You bring the vision. I'll help turn it into one clear goal, the weekly actions you control, the systems that support them, and a scoreboard that shows you what's moving.

You bring the vision. I'll bring the plan.
